The Art of Living is a small family owned and run Property Development business specialising in unique developments. 

We established the business in 2000 as a property management and refurbishment company and evolved into a full development business in 2015.   

Each property is designed by our internal team working alongside our Planning and Architectural consultants from the site layout through to the floor coverings. 

Our site management team have been with us since our early days and share the same passionate outlook on a finish without compromise.

We are proud to work with Build Zone who provide each of our developments with a 10 year new home warranty.
