Shortly after the closure of an iconic Public House in Margate, the Art of Living were thrilled to be given the opportunity to design and build thirteen luxury apartments in a gated complex close to Margate’s town centre and beaches.  All of the properties were finished to a high standard and some benefitted from terraces with sea views.
